LTV Global pioneers deep-tech research to identify, analyze, and permanently resolve critical Internet architectural bottlenecks โ delivering one-for-all solutions for a more resilient digital future.
LTV Global is an Internet infrastructure intelligence company that operates at the intersection of deep-tech research, domain governance, and real-world Internet architecture. We don't just study problems โ we solve them definitively.
Founded by some of the most experienced minds in Internet governance and domain industry, LTV Global brings decades of frontline expertise to tackle the most persistent and mission-critical challenges in global Internet infrastructure.
From post-quantum cryptographic resilience in DNS to BGP route hijacking prevention and registry policy reform โ our work shapes the future of a safer, more equitable, and more stable Internet for all.
We exist to identify architectural bottlenecks in the global Internet and craft enduring, one-for-all solutions that benefit the entire ecosystem.
Using advanced technical intelligence and deep domain expertise, we pinpoint the root causes of systemic Internet architecture failures before they become crises.
Our post-doctoral research teams work at the frontier of deep-tech and post-quantum mechanics to develop solutions that are not just effective today, but resilient for tomorrow.
We don't just propose โ we implement. Working through ICANN, IETF, and IGF channels, our solutions become adopted standards that reshape global Internet policy.
Internet governance must be inclusive, transparent, and technically grounded. We advocate and architect for an Internet that serves every nation and every user equally.
Post-quantum cryptography isn't a future concern โ it's a present imperative. LTV Global is actively developing PQC migration frameworks for critical Internet infrastructure.
True Internet stability requires cooperation between registries, registrars, governments, and civil society. We build the bridges that make that cooperation possible.
"The Internet was never designed to be the world's critical infrastructure โ yet here we are. Our mission is to architect the resilience it always needed."Dr. Dhananjeyan Thangavelu โ CEO, LTV Global
Our portfolio represents some of the most complex technical challenges ever posed to the Internet infrastructure community โ and our proven, deployed answers.
Despite DNSSEC being standardized since 2005, global adoption remained abysmally low due to operational complexity, key management overhead, and a lack of registrar tooling. LTV Global designed and deployed the Universal DNSSEC Adoption Framework โ a turnkey, registry-agnostic DNSSEC automation layer that reduced deployment time from weeks to hours, enabling registries across 14 ccTLDs to achieve full zone signing with automated key rollovers, HSM integration, and real-time validation dashboards.
BGP route hijacking has been one of the most persistent and damaging security vulnerabilities in the Internet's routing fabric. LTV Global developed RHDMS โ an AI-augmented route monitoring and automated RPKI enforcement system. By integrating with RouteViews, RIPE RIS, and custom anomaly detection models, RHDMS reduced average detection time from 14 minutes to under 90 seconds and automated RPKI ROA creation for over 3,000 ASNs in partnership with regional Internet registries.
Many developing nations operate ccTLDs under legacy governance structures that lack transparency, accountability, and technical competence benchmarks. LTV Global's CGRM provided a comprehensive governance reform blueprint adopted by 6 country-code registries, introducing multi-stakeholder boards, mandatory technical audits, accreditation frameworks for registrars, and dispute resolution mechanisms aligned with ICANN's Best Practices for ccTLD Registry Operations.
DNSSEC's RSA and ECDSA foundations will be compromised by sufficiently powerful quantum computers. LTV Global's ongoing PQ-DSMF project is designing a backward-compatible migration architecture utilizing NIST-selected PQC algorithms (CRYSTALS-Dilithium, SPHINCS+) for DNS zone signing. The framework addresses unique DNS constraints: compact signature sizes, fast validation, and zero-downtime key migration. Currently in advanced testing with 3 partner registries.
IDN variants โ where multiple Unicode code points represent the same character visually โ created significant homograph attack surfaces and policy inconsistencies across registries. LTV Global built a deterministic variant policy engine that analyzes script-specific variant tables, generates collision-free label generation rules, and produces ICANN-compliant LGR (Label Generation Ruleset) tables for 12 scripts including Arabic, Devanagari, CJK, and Tamil scripts.
Single-point DNS failures during DDoS attacks brought down entire ccTLD zones, affecting millions of end users. ADIRP introduced an anycast topology redesign methodology for small-to-medium registries that lacked the resources of root server operators. Using open-source BGP route reflectors, distributed anycast nodes, and automated traffic engineering, ADIRP enabled 9 ccTLDs to sustain operational continuity during attacks exceeding 400 Gbps.
As nations develop sovereign digital identity infrastructure, the tension between interoperability and jurisdictional control creates governance paralysis. LTV Global's DISF research program is developing a layered identity sovereignty architecture using decentralized identifiers (DIDs), verifiable credentials, and selective disclosure cryptography โ allowing nations to maintain sovereign identity control while remaining interoperable with global frameworks.
LTV Global maintains a strategic portfolio of domain assets and intellectual property aligned with our mission in Internet governance and deep-tech research.
Our leadership team combines decades of Internet governance experience, academic excellence, and deep technical mastery to drive our mission forward.
Dr. Dhananjeyan Thangavelu is one of the most distinguished technical veterans in the global Domain Industry and Internet governance ecosystem. With over two and a half decades of hands-on expertise spanning DNS architecture, domain registry operations, Internet policy, and cutting-edge deep-tech research, Dr. Thangavelu has established himself as an indispensable voice in shaping the future of the global Internet.
Dr. Thangavelu has been an active, contributing member of the Internet Society (ISOC), ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), CoCCA (Council of Country Code Administrators), and numerous other leading Internet governance agencies and public organizations. His contributions to ICANN policy discussions โ particularly in the areas of ccTLD governance, IDN policy, and new gTLD program evaluation โ have directly influenced global standards and registry practices.
An acclaimed academic, Dr. Thangavelu holds an honorary Visiting Professorship at several international universities and colleges across Europe and the United States, where he lectures on Internet governance, DNS security, and the societal implications of emerging Internet technologies. He holds a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship with a focus on Deep-Tech and Post-Quantum Mechanics, and has been actively involved in mission-critical research programs and technological inventions that address systemic vulnerabilities in Internet architecture.
As the Founder and CEO of LTV Global, Dr. Thangavelu channels this extraordinary depth of expertise into the company's core mission: identifying the Internet's most persistent architectural bottlenecks and engineering permanent, one-for-all solutions that benefit the entire global Internet ecosystem.

Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) refers to cryptographic algorithms designed to be secure against attacks by quantum computers. Current DNSSEC implementations rely on RSA and ECDSA โ algorithms that a sufficiently powerful quantum computer could break using Shor's algorithm. Since DNS is the Internet's phonebook and DNSSEC provides its authenticity, a quantum compromise of DNSSEC would be catastrophic. LTV Global's PQ-DSMF project is building the migration path now, before quantum computers reach that capability.
